The structure of our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive grasp of the essence of yoga and its underlying practices. Our attention is on the intricate principles and notions that form the basis of traditional practices, as described in the literature.The 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program has received accreditation from Yoga Alliance International. After successfully finishing the course, individuals will obtain certification as a Yoga Teacher. This course is ideal for individuals who are genuinely seeking to go on the journey of yoga.
Course Duration & Schedule
The course will last for a total of 6 months, equivalent to 300 hours, and will consist of 24 sessions held on weekends. In addition, students have the opportunity to engage in daily practice sessions on weekdays. The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program is available on a quarterly basis.
Suitability and Considerations for this Course
The course is appropriate for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. There is no requirement for any previous yoga experience to participate in this session. If pupils have any health difficulties or pre-existing ailments, the routines can be tailored to their specific needs.Only those who have personally experienced the true advantages of Yoga can genuinely provide instruction to others. Therefore, prior to making a decision to pursue Yoga teacher training (YTT), it is advisable to carefully consider and ensure that you are adequately equipped to assume the responsibility of guiding others in the practices and principles of the yogic way of life.
