Swara

Swara refers to the scientific study of breath.The human body is not merely composed of flesh and bones; it is imbued with enigmatic phenomena that are beyond ordinary comprehension. One intriguing phenomenon is the nasal cycle, often known as Swara.

The contents of the universe are also present within our bodies. Within the universe, there exist two contrasting energies emanating from the sun and the moon.
