We welcome you to Hatha Vidya Yoga Center, Barsha Heights Dubai!!!

Overview

Our studio in Barsha Heights is located on the 19th floor of I-Rise Tower, Al Thanayah 1, Dubai. It’s at a 10 min walking distance from Dubai Internet City Metro Station.

Strategically located on the middle of Barsha, our Barsha Heights studio is well within reach for Yoga aspirants residing in southern part of Dubai including Barsha Heights, Al Barsha, JVC, JLT, Greens, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Marina and so on.

We are open from Monday to Friday for our regular batches for adults from 6:30 AM in the morning  to 8:30 PM in the evening.

Our studio is well equipped to provide online classes to Adults and Children.

Online Teachers Training classes both 300 hours YTT and 500 hours AYTT can also be availed from our studio on Saturdays and Sundays respectively.
