Overview
Our studio in Bur Dubai is located on the first floor of Al Safa C Building, in Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road which is less than 1 minute walking distance from the Burjuman Metro Exit 1 located diagonally opposite to Burjuman Mall.
Our prominent location in Bur Dubai intends to serve the residents in central part of Dubai including Bur Dubai, Karama, Mankhool, Umm Hurair, Zabeel, Oud Mehta, Al Jafliya, Jadaf, Downtown Dubai, Satwa, Financial center and so on.
All the training programs offered by Hatha Vidya including teachers training programs and Nishtha programs for kids are available at our Bur Dubai studio.
300 Hour Yoga Teachers Training program, which is affiliated by Yoga Alliance International is offered from our Bur Dubai center.
“Nishtha” training program for kids, a specially curated course for children and affiliated by Yoga Alliance International is also offered at our Bur Dubai center.
Our Bur Dubai studio is well equipped to provide online classes to adults and children.

Regular Classes for Adults and Kids:
Monday to Friday - 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Nishtha Classes for Kids
Tuesday – 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM
Thursday – 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Online Classes:
Monday to Friday - 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM
