Yogic techniques should be practiced systematically in a combination to achieve the goal of Yoga. All methods used in our system are based on traditional yogic texts. Our curriculum consists of 84 classical asanas along with Pranayama, Shodhan Kriyas, Bandhas, Mudras and Kundalini Kriya in an aligned sequence to bring about the maximum benefit in a person even though he/she may have never practiced Yoga before. The efficacy of the system rests on the sequence and combination of these practices, which are sometimes altered to suit the individual. It is designed to be administered person to person even though they may be practicing in a group.

A basic thread connects all the practices from Basic level to Master level. It helps the practitioners to progress gradually to achieve their goals.
