Upon completion of the Basic Level, the practitioner is eligible to pursue the Intermediate Level. This level is orchestrated to encourage the practitioner to progress and achieve substantial physical and mental preparedness through carefully chosen yogic techniques. This approach significantly aids in establishing a strong physical and mental base for the practitioner to progress further. It is premeditated to encourage Yoga practitioners to accomplish substantial and cerebral maturity through selected yogic techniques. Also it helps to understand Yoga well with resonance base.
