Health Policy: The health and safety of our clients are of utmost importance, particularly for expectant and new mothers participating in prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. To ensure a safe and supportive environment, we have implemented the following health policy: Health Screening: Prior to participating in prenatal or postnatal yoga classes, clients are required to complete a health screening questionnaire. The questionnaire includes inquiries regarding any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may impact participation. Consultation with Healthcare Provider: Expectant and new mothers are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before participating in prenatal or postnatal yoga classes. Clients with specific health considerations or medical concerns are advised to seek guidance from their healthcare provider prior to attending classes. Modification and Adaptation: Our experienced instructors are trained to provide modifications and adaptations to yoga poses and exercises to accommodate the unique needs of expectant and new mothers. Clients are encouraged to communicate any discomfort or limitations they may experience during class to their instructor for personalized guidance. Safety Protocols: We adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our clients. Equipment and props used during classes are sanitized regularly, and social distancing measures are implemented to minimize the risk of transmission.
