Classes
Regular Classes
Our regular classes emphasize asanas, pranayama, and meditation. We practise in a group, but we tailor our training to each student's age, physical condition, yoga experience, and medical history. Our system limits class sizes to 16 students per teacher. As per our policy, each student receives one-on-one attention. We prioritize the nuances of Yoga so practitioners can reap its true benefits. Our classes incorporate the five essential elements into asana practice to improve the experience.
Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga Alliance International certifies our teacher training courses. The stages of these programs include Yoga asanas, cleansing, relaxation, meditation, theoretical comprehension, and textual studies. We believe that those who understand these aspects are best at teaching. Our curriculum is carefully designed to produce yoga teachers with extensive knowledge and expertise.
Kids Yoga
Nishá¹ha is a Hatha Yoga program based on its core principles. Discipline, resilience, and child well-being are the main goals. Traditional teachings, personalized attention, and Yoga Alliance International-certified instructors are emphasized. Nishá¹ha refers to promoting positive values and deeper personal growth in young individuals, aligned with Hatha Yoga principles.
Yoga Philosophy
In our standard curriculum, the study and practice of asanas, fundamental pranayama techniques, and meditation are given a considerable amount of importance. In addition to leading group sessions, we ensure that each student receives individualized instruction by adhering to a methodical approach that takes into account the student's age, physical condition, previous experience with yoga, and medical history.
12 Years of Sadhana
We have received notice that the Yoga Alliance International has officially endorsed our yoga teacher training programs. Each of the mentioned programs consists of various stages, each of which includes specific components. The components encompass instruction on diverse purification processes, yoga asanas, relaxation techniques, meditation practices, theoretical comprehension, and textual exploration.
